Basic information
If you don’t reserve the entire center, there may be other celebrations at the same time, as well as free access for children who want to play.
Organizing holidays
If you are organizing a celebration with us and there is no other birthday:
- There is no time limit.
- There are no fixed start and end times.
In case of a large number of children under 3 years old, we can provide additional staff – nannies – to take care of them.
Working hours
Monday-Sunday: For private parties only
- Possibility to organize events with prior request
Policy and Terms
1. Only healthy children are allowed
The parents who accept the children may, at their discretion, return them or interrupt their stay if they have doubts regarding their health condition. This includes:
- cough, sore throat
- runny nose
- temperature
- rash
- body injury
- abdominal pain
2. Aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
Staff may terminate the stay in the event of aggression or emotional discomfort that disrupts the peaceful atmosphere and emotional state of the other children in the club.
3. Children under 3 years old are only allowed with an accompanying person.
Toddlers at this age are still exploring the world and need a trusted adult by their side. To ensure a great and incident-free time, please do not leave children unattended even for a minute.
It is prohibited to bring in food and drinks that have not been purchased from the children’s center or the Kamei club, which is attached to the children’s center. An exception is allowed only for specialized foods and drinks for babies.
For the safety of children, it is mandatory to fill out a declaration and provide a current mobile number for contact with the parent or companion.
For the safety of both children and adults, please check children’s pockets for small or sharp toys that could hurt them or other visitors.
